15 Swift Rock Rd

WEEKLY RENTAL AVAILABLE JUNE 2027 ONLY! Thoughtfully renovated, this Nantucket home pairs classic island architecture with a fresh, light-filled interior. A sweeping lawn and circular driveway lead to a welcoming front porch. Inside, the open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, with shiplap walls, refinished floors, and expansive windows throughout. The living room centers on a decorative whitewashed brick fireplace, while the dining area seats eight and sliding glass doors open to the backyard. The kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless appliances, and a peninsula with seating for three. Four bedrooms, four baths, and an in-unit washer and dryer complete the interior. Outdoors, a cedar pergola shades the deck and grilling station, just off an in-ground pool and spa set within a bluestone patio. A outdoor shower, hydrangea-lined gardens, and mature trees create a private retreat for long summer days. Dionis and Cliff beaches are minutes away and town is a short distance, making this an ideal Nantucket base for June! This is a weekly rental for $25k/week.
